I began investing in real estate in 1989 in Los Angeles with a duplex and a fourplex, then joined the California Apartment Owners Association to learn the business of being a landlord; eventually this lead to managing properties for other apartment owners and family trusts. I became a Realtor in 1992, working in the West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica areas.

In 2006 I moved to Sebastopol, went to work for Prudential California Realty, and began familiarizing myself with the West County and country properties -- a new category of real estate for a city girl like me. This transition was a challenge but I love Sonoma County’s progressive and inviting lifestyle and am truly grateful to live and work in such breathtakingly beautiful surroundings.

I met Sharon shortly after my arrival and right away was impressed by her knowledge concerning country property and her familiarity with neighborhoods from Oakmont to the Coast. After two years of ‘talking’ real estate and getting to know each other better we joined forces in July 2008. I am delighted to be working closely with someone with her integrity, dedication, and professionalism. And, like Sharon, I enjoy working with a broad based clientele from first time buyers to senior citizens. I appreciate Sharon’s approach to conducting business -- creating a nurturing and supportive environment that inspires me to do my best -- placing the welfare of our clients above all other measures of success.

Over the years I’ve experienced dramatic ups and downs in real estate values but nothing like the devastating decline of 2008. My heart goes out to those who are hurting as a consequence, but I am still convinced that real estate is the greatest investment anyone can make. Real property lasts forever and will continue to provide security and genuine prosperity to those who understand it as a long term investment.
